详细信息:NEDD8 is a highly conserved 81 amino acid protein (MW ~9kDa) sharing 60% identity and 80% homology with ubiquitin. NEDD8 belongs to an expanding family of ubiquitin-like proteins including, amongst others, UCRP, SUMO-1, SUMO-2, SUMO-3, and FAT10.
