详细信息:RANTES is a protein which has been shown to be a chemoattractant for peripheral blood monocytes. It appears to selectively attract T-cells of the CD4+/CD45RO+ phenotype in vitro. Human RANTES is a 7.8 kDa protein containing 68 amino acid residues.Concentration range for most in vitro applications is 1.0-10 ng/mL. Responding cells are (partial list): Monocytes.
